1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of slabss.xyz and the Slabss services that link to them, including accounts, collection records, supported collectible purchases, random packs, sales, custody arrangements and delivery requests. “Slabss”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Slabss service. “You” means the person using the service or the organisation they are authorised to represent.
By creating an account or confirming a transaction after these Terms have been made available to you, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or transact through Slabss.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our fee, shipping and refund information, and any additional terms presented for a particular product, also apply to that product. Specific terms expressly accepted for a product take priority for that product if they conflict with these general Terms. Nothing in these Terms overrides rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
2. Eligibility and permitted locations
You must be at least 18 and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live to create an account or transact. You must provide accurate information, have authority to use your account and payment method, and comply with laws applicable to your use of Slabss.
Availability varies by location, product, provider and network. You must not use a feature where participation is prohibited, or bypass location, age, sanctions or other eligibility restrictions. A feature being visible on the website does not establish that it is legally available to you.
We or an applicable provider may request information reasonably needed to verify eligibility, ownership, identity, payment or compliance. If a required check cannot be completed, the affected feature or transaction may be restricted. Such restrictions do not remove any rights you have to your property or to a legally required remedy.
3. Accounts and wallets
Supported sign-in methods may include email, social login, an embedded wallet or an external wallet. Linking a wallet or signing an authentication message verifies access; it does not by itself authorise a purchase, transfer or loan.
Protect your sign-in credentials, recovery information, devices and wallet permissions. Check the meaning of every message, approval and transaction before authorising it. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised activity. Slabss support will never ask you to send a wallet seed phrase or private key.
Embedded wallets depend on the authentication and wallet provider and its recovery arrangements. External wallets remain subject to their own terms and security controls. We do not promise that every wallet, network or asset can be recovered or supported. These Terms do not describe all Slabss features as non-custodial: some services involve managed custody, escrow or smart contracts, as explained for the relevant feature.
4. What collection records mean
A personal collection entry, uploaded image, certificate number, estimated value or imported wallet item is a record. Adding it does not authenticate a card, establish legal title, place a physical card in a vault, or make it eligible for sale, redemption or borrowing.
For a purchase or custody service, review the specific item identity, verification status, seller or provider, network and rights described in its listing and confirmation. A display error or stale balance is not proof that a transaction has settled or that ownership has transferred.
5. Purchases and marketplace activity
Before confirming, check the exact item or pack, quantity, total, currency, payment network, recipient, fees and any material conditions. Prices and availability can change before you accept a valid quote. We will seek fresh authorisation if a material change requires a different payment.
Slabss may facilitate purchases from third-party sellers and providers, including supported Collector Crypt listings and packs. The seller, transaction provider and custody arrangements depend on the selected product. A third party's terms apply to the service it supplies when those terms are identified to you. Slabss remains responsible for its own obligations and for responsibilities that applicable law places on it.
If selling or making an offer, you must own or be authorised to sell the item, describe it accurately, disclose relevant restrictions and have the required funds or assets. An accepted offer or confirmed sale may be binding under the terms shown at confirmation. Cancelling a screen does not necessarily cancel a signed or submitted transaction.
We may correct an obvious listing error or pause a suspected fraudulent transaction where lawful. If a purchase cannot be fulfilled, support will review an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required. We will not substitute a materially different collectible without your agreement.
6. Random packs and opening modes
A paid random pack awards the collectible or collectibles specified by its product rules from the applicable pool. You cannot choose a particular outcome unless the product expressly permits it. Review the price, pool information, odds, reward count and opening rules before paying.
Odds may describe rarity tiers or individual items. The distinction shown on the pack page matters. Inventory and probabilities can change as the provider's pool changes or other customers purchase. Displayed odds describe the applicable pool or snapshot; they are not a promise of a particular result or of a result across several openings.
An estimated value, rarity label, advertised highest-value item or example opening does not guarantee the value of your outcome. A collectible may be worth less than the pack price. Repeat purchases do not guarantee a better result.
The reveal animation presents the recorded result. Skipping, closing or reloading it does not create a new outcome or cancel a settled purchase. If an opening is interrupted, check the saved order and Activity before paying again.
If you enable an automatic sale mode, such as Turbo, you authorise only the sales described in the mode's confirmation, subject to the available offer and required transaction permissions. Review which outcomes may be sold and how the payout is calculated before enabling it. A completed automatic sale transfers the relevant rights just like another sale.
Free previews, practice openings and fictional test balances do not award real collectibles, reserve inventory or create a cash entitlement. Promotional competitions, if offered, require their own published rules. These Terms do not create a sweepstakes, free-entry scheme or prize entitlement.
7. Buybacks and estimated values
A buyback or instant-sale quote is an offer to purchase your collectible, separate from your original purchase. It may have an expiry, eligibility conditions, provider fees and a specified payout currency or network. It is not a refund, guaranteed exit or standing promise to buy.
Accepting and completing a buyback transfers your rights in the relevant item under that transaction. Review the net payout and any associated token or physical-asset transfer before confirming.
Market values, appraisals, insurance values, comparison prices and historical sales serve different purposes. They may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee a sale price or available buyer. Collectibles and digital assets can lose substantial value.
8. Funding balances and fees
Adding funds is separate from buying a collectible. Slabss supports direct funding on Solana. Use only the destination address and token shown: USDC for your collecting balance, or USDT when required by the displayed shipping instructions. Do not send assets on another network to these addresses.
Your sending wallet or exchange may impose minimums, fees, checks and processing times. Slabss checks the balance received by your linked Solana wallet. A sending-provider status message does not by itself establish that funds are spendable. Review the token, destination address and sending fee before confirming.
You are responsible for charges disclosed to you before you authorise the relevant action, including applicable network, provider, marketplace, redemption, shipping and tax charges. Fee sponsorship applies only when the confirmation expressly states that a fee is covered. We do not promise that every transaction is free or that you will never need a network's native token.
USDC and other digital assets are not the same as a bank deposit or legal tender. Their market value, availability and transferability depend on issuers, networks and other providers. They can lose value, be frozen or become unavailable. A currency conversion shown for convenience is an estimate unless expressly included in an accepted quote.
9. Transactions and technical risks
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, delayed, rejected or subject to network fees even when unsuccessful. Risks include incorrect addresses, incompatible tokens, malicious approvals, wallet compromise, network outages, smart-contract faults, provider failure and changes in law or network operation.
We cannot guarantee that a transaction can be cancelled or recovered. Irreversibility does not remove a refund or compensation obligation imposed by law; an applicable remedy may require a separate transaction.
If a transaction appears incomplete, retain its order reference and transaction hash and contact support. Do not send a duplicate payment solely because the screen has not updated. A saved receipt or funding status must be reconciled with the relevant payment and asset records.
10. Physical assets digital tokens and custody
Some supported digital collectibles represent rights relating to a specific physical card held by a provider or custodian. Those rights, transfer rules and redemption requirements come from the applicable issuer and custody terms. Owning an unrelated token or a personal collection record does not create a claim to a vaulted card.
A lawful transfer of an eligible asset-backed token may also transfer the associated rights in the physical card under the issuer's terms. Redemption can require verification, payment of disclosed charges and the burning, locking or surrender of the token. Once completed, redemption may end its digital trading rights.
Managed custody or a submission to Slabss requires the relevant receiving instructions, verification and accepted custody terms. Do not ship a card to an unapproved address. Your submission must be lawfully owned, accurately described and free of undisclosed third-party claims.
The custodian, storage arrangements and any applicable insurance are specific to the item and custody service. Do not assume that all assets are insured, that coverage is unlimited, or that a displayed insurance value is a guaranteed payment. Review the documented coverage and claim conditions where provided.
Custody, trading, lending and delivery can involve different providers or networks. An item eligible for one function may not be eligible for another. Restrictions, existing loans, ownership disputes, legal requirements or provider controls can delay a transfer or redemption. None of these provisions extinguishes your lawful ownership merely because your account is suspended or a Slabss feature closes.
11. Redemption and shipping
Physical delivery is a separate request unless expressly included in your purchase. Availability depends on the card, custodian, destination and any legal or carrier restrictions. Provide an accurate recipient name, address and any information required for lawful delivery.
Review and accept the delivery quote before proceeding. Charges may include redemption, handling, shipping, insurance and taxes. Import duties or destination charges that cannot be collected in advance may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier; any known such requirement should be identified before you confirm.
A delivery request, fee payment or token burn is not proof of dispatch. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Track the saved request and any carrier tracking provided.
Report a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery promptly with the order reference and available photographs or packaging information. Reasonable evidence helps investigate and pursue a carrier or provider claim. These requests do not shorten a statutory claim period or remove remedies available under law. Responsibility for loss in transit is determined by applicable law and the accepted transaction terms.
12. Cancellations refunds and errors
Subject to mandatory legal rights and any more favourable product terms, a completed collectible purchase or opened random pack cannot be cancelled simply because you change your mind, dislike the outcome or its value falls. A buyback is a new sale rather than a reversal of the original purchase.
This does not prevent a remedy for a failed or duplicate charge, an undelivered paid award, a counterfeit or materially misdescribed item, a defective service, or another situation where applicable law requires one. Contact support with the saved order and explain the issue.
Where a refund is due, the appropriate recipient, currency, amount and method must be verified. A provider's report that it has issued a refund does not prove the funds have arrived. Network and third-party charges are refundable where required by law or expressly included in the applicable refund arrangement.
13. Borrow Earn and other financial features
If offered and enabled for you, borrowing, lending, liquidity pools and Earn products require separate product terms, risk disclosures and transaction-specific acceptance. A menu item, estimator or advertised rate does not establish availability or constitute an approved loan or guaranteed return.
Borrowing may require collateral and can result in liquidation and loss of the pledged collectible. Interest, valuation rules, thresholds, penalties, repayment and return procedures are governed by the terms accepted for that loan. Providing liquidity can involve loss of principal, borrower default and delayed or restricted withdrawals. Pool shares must not be assumed to be a guaranteed one-for-one cash balance.
General website changes do not rewrite previously accepted loan or pool commitments. These Terms alone do not authorise a loan, an investment, custody transfer or liquidation. Availability of a feature does not by itself establish its regulatory classification or authorisation. Information on the website is general information and does not take account of your individual financial or tax circumstances.
14. Acceptable use and your content
Do not use Slabss for fraud, stolen or counterfeit goods, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful gambling, market manipulation or another unlawful purpose. Do not impersonate another person, misuse another wallet, fabricate ownership or appraisal evidence, exploit duplicate refunds, bypass security or eligibility controls, or disrupt the service.
You retain rights in photos, notes and other material you submit. You grant Slabss a limited permission to store, process and display that material as needed to provide the features you request and operate the service. Private collection or support material is not made public or licensed for unrelated advertising merely because you upload it.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit material. We may remove unlawful material or material that breaches these Terms. Tell support if you believe material infringes your rights and identify the material and basis of your claim.
15. Intellectual property
Slabss branding, software and original website content belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may use the service for its intended purposes but may not misappropriate its branding, copy protected content unlawfully or claim an endorsement that does not exist.
Buying a card or token does not transfer copyright or trademark rights in its artwork, franchise, grading marks or associated brands. References to Pokémon, grading companies, Collector Crypt or another third party do not by themselves indicate sponsorship, endorsement or a commercial partnership.
16. Suspension closure and service changes
We may reasonably restrict a feature, pause a transaction or suspend access to investigate suspected fraud, protect users, respond to a security incident, comply with law or address a material breach of these Terms. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the restriction and how to contact support.
Suspension or account closure does not itself give Slabss ownership of your funds or collectibles. Existing payments, withdrawals, redemptions, loans and third-party rights must be dealt with under their applicable terms and law. We may need to resolve outstanding obligations before completing an account deletion or asset return.
Features can change or close. Where a closure affects property or outstanding obligations managed through Slabss, we will provide reasonable information about available settlement, transfer or return processes, subject to legal and provider restrictions. We cannot guarantee continued access to a third party's service.
17. Service availability and liability
We aim to provide accurate information and a reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that external listings, price estimates, networks and providers will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, features are supplied as available without additional implied promises beyond those expressly made or required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Slabss is not responsible for losses to the extent they result from circumstances outside our reasonable control and were not caused or contributed to by our breach of these Terms, negligence or unlawful conduct. These circumstances can include compromise of your device or external wallet, disclosure of your recovery information, phishing or impersonation by an unrelated third party, an incorrect address or unsupported network selected by you, an approval or transfer you authorise outside the agreed service, and independent network or provider outages or failures. This allocation of risk does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on Slabss for a provider acting on our behalf or for a service we supply.
Slabss does not compensate you solely because a collectible, token or stablecoin loses market value, a lawfully completed random pack produces a lower-value outcome than you hoped for, or an independent buyer or buyback provider declines to purchase an item. This does not limit remedies for a misrepresentation, an incorrect or undelivered award, a breach of an accepted transaction commitment, or another failure for which we are legally responsible.
To the extent permitted by law, Slabss is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of anticipated profits, lost business opportunities or speculative investment gains arising from use of the service. We do not exclude responsibility that applicable law places on us for our own conduct or for services we supply. A direct loss does not become an excluded loss merely because it involves funds, a collectible or personal information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not remove consumer guarantees, privacy rights or mandatory refund and compensation rights. Where the Australian Consumer Law or comparable consumer protections apply, those protections continue to apply.
18. Complaints and disputes
Contact Slabss support at https://slabss.xyz/app/#support with a description of the problem and any relevant order reference. For a legal complaint, label the request “Legal complaint”. We will review the issue and seek a practical resolution.
You retain the right to contact a regulator, bring a claim in a competent court or use a dispute process available under applicable law. These general Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights or select an exclusive foreign court. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under the ordinary rules that apply to the parties and transaction, including mandatory consumer protections.
19. Changes and general provisions
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or operating arrangements. The published policy will show its version and effective date. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, and seek fresh acceptance where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or rewrite a completed transaction or separately accepted commitment.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it. Rights and obligations that by their nature continue after account closure, including outstanding payment obligations, ownership rights and dispute provisions, survive closure.
